GosHawk Refund & Returns Policy

Our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your GosHawk purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

  • Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • If a product is defective, significantly not as described, or damaged on arrival, we will replace or refund it. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
